Meet Kim

Kim Lloyd is a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach with more than a decade of experience. She works with people from all walks of life and fitness levels, with a particular passion for coupling physical training tips with motivation and behavior change. Kim is the author of Start Where You Are: A Beginner’s Guide to Lifting Weights & Feeling Great, which she also uses for group and individual training classes. Kim has an MS in Sports Leadership and is a personal trainer for the American Council on Education with additional certifications as an Online Trainer and Level One Precision Nutrition Coach. She currently provides personalized fitness coaching virtually for clients across the country, and designs and runs wellness workshops in Maine.
